1. Services

AMC Bins Inc. provides roll-off construction bins and waste management services for residential, commercial, and construction needs within a 50 km radius of Calgary, Alberta. Our services include the rental of bins for waste disposal. All services are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

2. Use of Website

The content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, and logos, is the property of AMC Bins Inc. and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content is prohibited.

3. Booking and Payment Terms

  • Booking: To rent a bin, you must complete a booking form or contact us directly. All bookings are subject to acceptance based on availability.
  • Payment: Payment terms and rates will be discussed upon booking. All payments must be made before or upon delivery of the bin.
  • Late Fees: In case of a delay in returning the bin or if the rental period is extended without prior approval, additional fees may apply.

4. Customer Responsibilities

By renting a bin from AMC Bins Inc., you agree to:

  • Use the bin for lawful purposes only, adhering to all local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Avoid overfilling the bin beyond its specified capacity or weight limit.
  • Not dispose of hazardous, prohibited, or illegal materials.
  • Ensure access to the bin location for pick-up and drop-off.

AMC Bins Inc. reserves the right to refuse removal if the bin is overfilled, contains prohibited items, or cannot be accessed safely.

5. Prohibited Materials

AMC Bins Inc. strictly prohibits the disposal of hazardous materials in our bins, including but not limited to:

  • Asbestos, chemicals, flammable liquids, tires, batteries, paint, oils, and medical waste. Failure to comply may result in additional fees, and you may be responsible for any fines or legal repercussions.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations: You may cancel your booking by notifying us at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time. Late cancellations may incur a cancellation fee.
  • Refunds: Refunds will be issued at our discretion based on the circumstances of cancellation. No refunds will be issued once the bin has been delivered.

7. Limitation of Liability

AMC Bins Inc. shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from:

  • The improper use of our bins or services.
  • Delays or inability to deliver or pick up bins due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, road closures).
  • Damages caused by the placement of bins on your property.

AMC Bins Inc. disclaims all liability for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold AMC Bins Inc. harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising out of your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

AMC Bins Inc. reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on our website, and the “Last updated” date will reflect the most recent modifications.
